More than just chips and soda
Top STEM jobseekers were overlooking PepsiCo in favor of tech startups and Silicon Valley giants. To shift perceptions, we designed the PepsiCo story site to engage and educate potential applicants on the benefits of working at PepsiCo.
Through compelling content, rich storytelling, and a refreshed employer brand identity, we modernized the talent acquisition experience to attract the best and brightest.
More than creating content, we needed to seek out the unexpected, discover real stories, and tell them in fresh ways that would appeal to an ambitious, curious audience.
The result is a lineup of human stories that show off innovation, positive social impact, and a culture of diversity and inclusion – while staying true to the company’s corporate values.
In addition to a regular cadence of articles, infographics and videos, we developed several series that each provide a framework for more in-depth, interactive storytelling. For instance, the ‘See Yourself Inside’ series, takes a sophisticated and graphic approach to showcasing the diversity of jobs behind a single PepsiCo product through an animated, exploded view that shows how each role is responsible for a specific aspect of the product.
